Guide to icons

This Prosecco shows a pale straw yellow colour, clear and bright with a fine perlage. On the nose, it is fruity with ripe apple and apricot scents, while the palate is fresh, long, and persistent, carrying a delicate pear flavour.

A classic pairing of canapés and light finger-food is ideal. This wine is also great served alone on a warm summers day!

Best served at 8 - 10°C.

The winemaker at Perlage is Andrea Nardi, one of the seven Nardi siblings who continue the vision of their parents, Tiziano and Afra, the founders of the estate. Andrea oversees the cellar work with a philosophy rooted in organic and biodynamic practices, ensuring that every stage of vinification reflects the health of the vineyard and the authenticity of the grapes. His approach is careful and minimalist—emphasizing natural fermentations, low intervention, and techniques that preserve the delicate aromatics and freshness of Prosecco. Under his guidance, Perlage wines consistently embody purity, balance, and respect for the environment, earning the estate international recognition as a leader in sustainable winemaking.
