Tasting Notes

Delicate pale yellow in colour, this Sauvignon is bursting with fresh aromas of citrus and grass followed and affirmed on the palate with melon and citrus forward flavours of lime and lemon, which are rounded off by the hints of grass and greenage, with just a touch of mineral to finish.

Food Pairing & Service

Excellent with poultry, cheese, fish, pasta in cream sauce, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.

Best served at 10 - 13°C.

Cellaring: Ready to drink now.

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation between 14° to 15° in stainless steel tanks. Once the mixture is ready, the wine is smoothly rinsed and Stabilized at low temperatures, as long as necessary.
