Philippe Glavier La Grâce d'Alphaël Grand Cru NV (Half)
AOC Champagne, France
Chardonnay | 12.0% ABV
We are delighted to present this French Champagne made with 100% Chardonnay grapes. It is the same wine as their Zero Dosage but with 3g/l of sugar at bottling. This finishing touch creates a slightly rounder and richer palate which remains notably chiselled. This cuvée is named after Alphaël, the angel of light and knowledge.
This delivers notes of zesty citrus fruits, lemongrass, apples and almonds. The palate offers fine bubbles that lead to an impressive finish.
Stylish aperitif for beautiful summer evenings. Perfect with small grills, seasonal salads, eggplant caviar, or your original specialties.
Best served at 10 - 13°C.
Winemaker Phillippe Glavier is the 3rd generation of winegrowers in the family. His parents passed on to him an exceptional estate, classified Grand Cru.
