The acidity and minerality of Riesling is offset by Gewürztraminer's unctuous lychees and aromatic floral with a touch of spice.

Good with blue or hard cheese, fresh or semi-soft cheese, fruit-based dessert, and spicy and vegetarian dishes.

Best served at 10 - 13°C.

Kaiserbaum’s wines are produced on sandy soils with a core limestone layer providing copious amounts of minerals and structure to the earth to support the growth of vines. The vineyard is located in the Schwarzerde site where other varietals are planted.
