Vinification: The foundation of the well-balanced "Just Malbec Please" wine from Argentina lies in the Malbec grape variety. These grapes thrive in the vicinity of the Mendoza River, where their roots penetrate the clay-rich soil. Benefiting from the river's moderating influence, the grapes enjoy a slower ripening process, resulting in a deeper aromatic profile.
At the peak of ripeness, skilled hands harvest the grapes without the aid of rough and indiscriminate machinery. Post-harvest, the grapes are swiftly transported to the pressing facility, where they undergo careful sorting and gentle crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under precise temperature control.
Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a period of aging on the fine lees for several months before it is finally ready for bottling.
