The wines in the Réserve Saint Marc range are brimming over with freshness. These fruity, easy drinking wines will charm all wine-lovers in search of a moment of pure pleasure. This Merlot is produced in their vineyards in the South of France. It is fruity and easy to drink style whilst being charming and well balanced.

Displays a ruby-red colour. Fresh bouquet with intense aromas of cassis, enhanced by hints of cocoa. Full, fruity and eminently supple on the palate.

Service: Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Les Vignobles Foncalieu is a union of 650 cooperatives anchored in the heart of the Languedoc. Their vineyard landscape stretches across 4000 hectares situated between the sea, the mountains and the sun-caressed plains and include such incredible sites such as the medieval fortified Cité de Carcassonne and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. With such diversity, their winegrowers represent a number of different wines and appellations and enable them to unveil the potential of each terroir.

Vinification: Pre-fermentation hot maceration to extract fruitiness and colour. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Gentle extraction. Malolactic fermentation.
